Connect your wearable (Whoop, Oura, Fitbit, and more)
Use a wearable that doesn't connect to Regimen yet? We're looking at adding support for more of them, like Whoop, Oura, and Fitbit, so your data shows up alongside your protocol and works with everything else you track. Upvote if you'd use it, and tell us in the comments which wearable you're on so we know which to prioritize.

Group your medications and log them in one tap
If you take several things at the same time, like a morning stack or an evening stack, bundle them into a group and mark the whole group as taken with a single tap, instead of logging each one separately.

Toggling Injection Sites
I would love to see the ability to toggle on or off injection sites. For instance, I'll likely never inject in my arms, so having the app recommend them for my next shot isn't helpful. I'd rather just turn them off as an option.

Mark all doses as taken at once
Took everything on schedule but forgot to check it off in the app? Right now you have to tap every dose one by one. This would let you mark a whole section (morning, afternoon, evening) as taken in one tap, with an undo if you hit it by accident. Needs some thinking through first, like whether the doses get recorded at their scheduled times or at the time you tapped, and how it plays with injection site tracking.

Change Frequency w/o it Adjusting History
If I change a frequency on an item, it can mess up the history and try to populate in the calendar as missed open doses on those days. Allow for changing it without modifying the history.

Multi-Compound Overlay Chart
I would love the ability to view both compound levels on the same chart. Having to toggle between them individually makes it hard to see how they interact. Would be a great addition for anyone tracking more than one compound!

Different doses on different days
Right now each protocol uses the same dose for every scheduled day. But plenty of people don't take the same amount every time. If you micro-dose daily, your weekly total often doesn't divide evenly, so you end up taking slightly different amounts on different days. Others run a higher dose some days and a lower one on others. Today the only way to do this is to add the same compound twice with different doses, which splits it into two entries and shows two separate lines on your levels chart instead of one combined picture. This would let you set different doses for different days inside a single protocol, so your reminders, weekly totals, and estimated levels all reflect what you actually take.

Calculate how many vials/bottles I need for my full cycle
When I set up a compound with my vial size, dose, schedule, and cycle length, I want the app to tell me how many bottles I'll need to complete the cycle. That way I can plan how much to order ahead of time and avoid running out partway through.

Scan and import lab reports
Snap a photo of your lab report and Regimen will read the values, units, and reference ranges directly off the page, no manual entry needed. This also solves a related limitation: today we apply a single reference range per marker, but ranges actually vary by lab and methodology (especially for hormone tests like free testosterone). Once we're pulling from your actual report, you'll see your lab's specific normal range, not a generic one. Related improvements we're considering for the lab section while we're in there: Tap an existing report to add more markers to it (so you don't have to start over if results trickle in) Tabs to separate Reports and Markers when you have a lot of either Select multiple markers and view them as overlapping or stacked graphs to correlate how compounds affect related labs (e.g. see Total T, Free T, and SHBG over time side by side) Upvote and comment on which of these matter most to you, or anything else you'd want to see in lab tracking.

Follow-up reminders
Today, Regimen reminds you at the time each dose is scheduled. We're considering adding an optional follow-up: a second reminder a little later if you haven't logged your dose yet, in case the first one came at a busy moment. Would you use this? Upvote to let us know.

Planned dose titration schedule
Set up your full escalation plan upfront, define each dose step and when it kicks in, and the app will automatically generate your doses at the right amount as each stage arrives. Useful for GLP-1 protocols (Reta, semaglutide) and any compound where you follow a structured ramp-up.

Interactive levels chart on home screen
On the Home Screen levels chart, I should be able to slide my finger and see the projected levels at that point just like I am able to when I am on the chart within a compound page.

Units input option instead of MG when taking a dose
Sometimes if Iβm adjusting my dose it may be by units instead of mg. It would be cool if on the dose edit screen I could choose to input how many units I took, or at the very least, seeing the units show up next to the MG I put in so Iβm not having to calculate it on the fly. Thanks!

New add on request
Add the option to enter a half life of a medication/compound that isnβt in the database and have the app automatically graph the saturation period. For ex. I added my adderal in there but if I could just plug in the half life it would know how to graph it.

Home Screen Widgets
Put a widget on your home screen or Lock Screen and see your Regimen data at a glance, without opening the app. Some ideas we're considering: today's upcoming doses, current medication levels, weekly adherence streak, next injection site rotation. We may also build a next-dose countdown using iOS Live Activity / Dynamic Island. Upvote if you'd use this and let us know in the comments which one you'd want first.
